Hayarkon, Tel Aviv
Fourteen seafront apartments on the Tel Aviv promenade, one or two to a floor.
The Project
A small seafront building on Hayarkon, replacing a 1960s structure on the same footprint. Because the plot is narrow and the frontage is entirely to the west, every apartment faces the sea — there are no compromised units in the scheme.
The developer has taken the unusual decision to limit the building to fourteen apartments across ten floors, giving one or two units per level and generous floor-to-ceiling heights. Balconies are deep enough to furnish, and the glazing specification is acoustic throughout, which matters on Hayarkon.
The first phase of sales opened in the second quarter of 2026. Structure is complete and internal fit-out is underway, with handover expected in the first quarter of 2027.
