1.Agreement to these terms

This website is operated by JB Group Real Estate Ltd. ("JB Group"). By accessing or using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site.

These terms govern use of the website only. They do not constitute a brokerage agreement, and no agency relationship arises from your use of this site. Brokerage services are provided under a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

2.Property information is indicative

Property details published on this website — including prices, dimensions, room counts, specifications, photographs, floor plans and availability — are provided in good faith on the basis of information supplied by owners and their representatives.

They are indicative and for general guidance only. They do not form part of any offer or contract, and no statement on this website should be relied upon as a statement of fact or as a representation. Measurements are approximate. Photographs may have been taken with wide-angle lenses, may show a property staged or seasonally presented, and may not represent its current condition.

3.Verify before you commit

Any prospective purchaser or tenant must satisfy themselves as to the accuracy of every material fact by inspection, independent survey, and their own legal and professional advisers before entering into any commitment.

4.Prices, availability and currency

Prices are quoted in new Israeli shekels unless otherwise stated, and exclude purchase tax, legal fees, agency fees, betterment levy and any other transaction costs. Where a property is described as available at a price on application, the price is disclosed to qualified enquirers on request.

Availability changes frequently. A property remaining visible on this website is not a representation that it remains available, and JB Group accepts no liability arising from a listing that has not yet been updated.

5.No investment, legal or tax advice

Nothing on this website, including material published under JB Insights, constitutes investment, legal, tax or financial advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any property. Content is general in nature, may become out of date, and does not take account of your particular circumstances or objectives.

You should obtain independent professional advice before acting on anything published here.

6.Enquiries and submissions

When you submit an enquiry, valuation request or newsletter subscription, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it. Submitting a form does not oblige JB Group to act for you, to provide a valuation, or to accept an instruction.

Personal information submitted through this website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8.Acceptable use

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with them.
