1.Who we are

JB Group Real Estate Ltd. ("JB Group", "we", "us") is a real estate brokerage registered in Israel, with offices at Rothschild Boulevard 22, Floor 9, Tel Aviv. We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy.

2.Information we collect

We collect only what we need in order to respond to you and to provide brokerage services. In practice this falls into three categories.

• Information you give us directly: your name, telephone number, email address, preferred contact method, the property or market you are interested in, and anything you choose to write in a message or valuation request.
• Information about a property, where you ask us to value or represent one: its location, size, configuration, condition and ownership details.
• Technical information collected automatically when you use this website: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed and referring source. This is used in aggregate to understand how the site is used.

3.How we use it

• To respond to enquiries, arrange viewings and provide the brokerage services you have asked for.
• To send you property information matching a brief you have given us.
• To send market updates and listings by email, where you have subscribed. Every such email contains an unsubscribe link.
• To meet our legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations, including those under Israeli real estate brokerage law.
• To maintain and improve this website and to protect it from misuse.

4.Legal basis

We process personal information on the basis of your consent, given when you submit a form or subscribe; where processing is necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, or to perform one; and where we have a legitimate interest in operating and securing our business that is not overridden by your rights.

Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.

5.Sharing your information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We share information only in the following circumstances, and only to the extent necessary.

• With service providers who operate our systems on our behalf — website hosting, email delivery, and customer relationship management — under contracts requiring them to protect it.
• With professional advisers involved in a transaction you are party to, such as lawyers, surveyors or mortgage brokers, where you have asked us to make an introduction.
• With a counterparty or their agent in a transaction, to the extent required to progress it, and never including information you have asked us to keep confidential.
• Where we are required to do so by law, by a court, or by a regulator.

6.Confidentiality of off-market instructions

Where a property is represented on an off-market or private basis, its address, photographs and details are disclosed only to buyers who have been qualified and, where the owner requires it, who have signed a confidentiality undertaking. Nothing is published, syndicated or shared with other agents without the owner's specific instruction.

7.International transfers

Some of the service providers we use process data outside Israel, including within the European Economic Area and the United States. Where information is transferred outside Israel, we take reasonable steps to ensure it receives a comparable level of protection, including by using providers who commit to recognised safeguards.

8.How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you return to us. Transaction records are kept for the period required by Israeli law and by our professional obligations. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

You may ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will do so except where we are legally required to retain it.

9.Your rights

Under Israeli privacy legislation you have the right to know whether we hold information about you, to review it, and to ask that it be corrected or deleted where it is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.

To exercise any of these rights, write to info@jbgroup.co.il. We will respond within the period required by law. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.

10.Cookies

This website uses only the cookies necessary for it to function and, where enabled, a privacy-respecting analytics measure that records aggregate page views. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. Most browsers allow you to refuse cookies; doing so will not prevent you from using this site.

11.Security

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold, including encrypted transmission, restricted internal access and periodic review of our providers. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take the obligation seriously.

12.Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised. Where a change is material, we will make that clear on this page.
