The Project
Meridian occupies a rare inland plot in Herzliya Pituach that was previously a single house and garden. Rather than maximise the envelope, the developer chose to keep the mature trees along the western boundary and set the building back behind them, which gives every west-facing apartment a screened green outlook.
The building is four storeys with a single core, so floorplates are small — no more than three apartments per level — and every unit is dual-aspect. Specification is high: full-height glazing, concealed joinery, and a residents' floor at ground level with a gym, a pool and a lounge that opens to the garden.
