Hillside Villa in Caesarea

Set on one of the higher plots in Caesarea's Neighbourhood 13, this villa was designed to take advantage of a fall of nearly four metres across the site. The entrance sits at the upper level, and the house steps down to a pool terrace that is entirely private from the street.

Internally the house is arranged around a five-metre-high central reception, with the living, dining and kitchen spaces reading as one and opening through a twelve-metre sliding wall to the terrace. Four bedroom suites sit on the upper level; a fifth, self-contained, sits below with its own entrance.

The garden is mature — olive, cypress and citrus, planted at completion in 2018 and now fully established — and the plot backs onto open land, so the western outlook is protected.
